One of the easiest and tastiest recipes. Pumpkin fritters are a simple but very nutritious snack, please do it for dinner, surely everyone likes it.

INGREDIENTS (4 people):- 500 g pumpkin
- 4 stems of chives
- 1/2 lemon
- Coriander
- Ground cumin
- 2 eggs
- Mustard seeds
- 200 g of flour
- 200 g of cornstarch
- 2 Greek yogurts
- Olive oil
- Salt

Step 1

Clean and slice a scallion. Chop some coriander leaves. Make juice of half a lemon and grate your skin. Put in a bowl the yogurts, the lemon juice and its zest, the herbs and a teaspoon of cumin.

Step 2

Put the pumpkin in a blender glass, Peeled and cut into pieces, with a little salt. Beat and let stand. Strain to remove the juice. It is important to extract as much liquid as possible. Peel and cut the remaining scallions.

Step 3

Mix the chives in a bowl, Pumpkin, eggs, mustard seeds, cumin, flour and cornstarch. Put a pan on the fire with plenty of oil and fry the dough in the form of fritters. Serve with yogurt.
